Hurricane IV Gallery 1948 – 1954

The Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum restored one of the more famous Unlimiteds of the post- World War II era–HURRICANE IV. Built in 1948, she is the oldest craft that the museum group has restored to date. Powered by an Allison engine, HURRICANE IV was at one time the third fastest boat in the world.
