Chip Hanauer overcame struggles early in the day to win his seventh race of 1993 during the 1993 Texaco Cup in Seattle, Washington on Lake Washington. Mark Tate’s attempt of a perfect weekend, ended with a spectacular blowover that ended the day for the Winston Eagle Team. Mike Hanson would earn a second place finish in the Kelllogg’s Frosted Flakes and Mark Evans rounded out the podium in the American Spirit.
